Festival Face PR

Hiii! So a few of you are still asking me what shades of glitters I have been using the past couple looks and for my festival glam. I am going to share my PR package I received from Festival Face with all shades and designs. I really stepped out my comfort zone with these looks and hope you do the same! As always, I LOVE seeing the looks you all create, so be sure to tag me!

PaintGlow Fix Gel Adhesive for Glitter

What is it?

“Glitter fixing gel” – Festival Face

What it does?

“Sheer finish, gel texture, use with the glitters for easy application to face/body, safe on skin, easy to remove with soap and water. Show up to standout!” – Festival Face

Pros:

This keeps your look in tact all day long! The creamy gel formula makes it easy to apply and blend, using this gel, I am able to mix different glitters onto my face before the formula completely dries and sets my look.

Cons:

As the formula is a gel, it can be a little runny which means applying a little at a time is key! If you apply a ton at once then this is just going to slide right off your face. By applying a small amount of product and allowing to dry will give you a blended, buildable glow.

Festival Face Glitter

What is it?

“Style up your festival or party look and make an entrance in our festival glitters” – Festival Face

What it does?

“A selection of festival glitters for your festival face, pool parties, club and holiday glam kit” – Festival Face

Pros:

These have got to be the MOST pigmented glitters like EVER!!! These chunky glitters, each sparkle differently to blend, making the most beautiful glow! The glitters themselves can be blended together or with chunky glitters to blend more seamlessly. I pair this with the Glitter Fixing Gel to ensure the look lasts as long as possible. All glitters are safe and feels gentle on the skin, I also love to layer this on my hair parting for a festival look. I received the shades “Silver Gal”, “Merry Berry” and “Mermaid Scales”. I blended both “Silver Gal” and “Mermaid Scales” for my festival glam Here.

Cons:

It is safe to say that these glitters are not moving, at ALL. The downside to this is it can be a little tricky to remove, I found that layering can be a huge struggle, the lighter layer you apply the easier it is to remove.

Face Gems

What is it?

“All our face & body gems are hand designed and handmade, putting love and effort into each of our designs.” – Festival Face

What it does?

“Using the best quality grade 1 acrylic rhinestone, which guarantees the quality of the foil coating to keep the gems in place. Whilst there may be cheaper irritation face gems on the market, the gems on these very often fall off the designs and become dull in colour.” – Festival Face

Pros:

I love these face gems! You can create so many looks and custom designs with these templates, the gems themselves are stuck onto a base which gives you a template to place, however as I wanted to create my own look, I carefully removed each gem and positioned them myself, which worked amazing!

The stones are lightweight and feel comfortable on the face, providing a long-lasting design. You can reuse without any fading or without even looking dull! Here I received the designs “Glitter Gem Tears”, “All In One Face Gems” and the “Day Of The Dead Gems” I have only used this set so far as you have all seen on my previous post Here.

Cons:

The gems do not come with an adhesive, I also don’t recall there being an adhesive layer on the stones, so you will have to get your own, I did try using their glitter adhesive but this didn’t feel very secure and would not last all night. I opted for my FAVOURITE Kryolan Spirit Gum which literally moulds to your face for hours on end!
